Mr. RK Chandwani comes with 40+ years of experience in construction management of residential, commercial and industrial projects with exposure on following fronts-

Manage, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects (RCC and Steel Structures) in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

Conduct on feasibility assessments and site inspections and analyze data (reports, tests, drawings and other)

Draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications

Assess potential risks, materials and costs

Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.

Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.

Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.

Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.)

KISHORE CHANDWANI
Senior Consultant & Partner
Mr. Kishore has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, which includes 10 years specialising in end to end consulting & building residential & industrial complexes across India.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience advising on issues at all stages of the construction process from tender through completion, most methods of procurement, including traditional, engineering and construction, lump sum, cost reimbursable, target cost and specialist areas, including risk management, commercial management, project controls and insolvency.
His experience embraced a number of complex projects, including restoration of heritage structure, erection of educational & industrial buildings. With his innate capacity to understand the client’s requirements and taste, he has been able to convert their dreams into reality by offering a unique and aesthetic interior to the buildings as well.
This underlines that Mr. Chandwani’s pursuit of excellence is a manifestation of achieving customer delight.
